In July 2012, Project H.O.P.E. was pleased to welcome our newest medical provider, Dr. Rose Bialecki. Dr. Bialecki comes to our organization after finishing her residency at Virtua, where she served a clinical rotation with Project H.O.P.E. Since her arrival in July, she has immediately become apart of the Project H.O.P.E. family, providing high-quality care
